Depressing~


I gained 2.4 pds. I'm in shock. Walking to my meeting I'm saying to myself " Be happy with any loss" or even a small gain cause my body is getting used to the workouts but this. Its hard not to get depressed when my muscles ached the whole walk there, in the dark, on the icy sidewalk.


All I can do is try and switch up some of my food choices and chug along.... boo....

  1. Ugh! Don't get depressed Candace. You are doing really great. I couldn't be motivated to do it at home like you are. As long as you look in the mirror and know you made your true effort, then you should be proud of the healthy accomplishments you made this week. That's why I hate the damn scale and am only weighing in for my blogs sake. ***Hugs***

  2. Muscles tend to retain fluid after you've overworked them!!! I'm not just BS-ing, either! You're doing amazingly, and your body is getting used to all the work. Keep chugging water like nobody's business, and keep your chin up...it will all even out soon! I'm proud of you for reporting and sticking with it!
